Hello everyone, 

Thanks to all the former leaders for helping Troop 412 continue as it is today. Every adult volunteer took up multiple roles to support our Troop running smoothly. I am sure the more you understand the Scouting program, the more you are motivated and determined to support our Troop. 

Why Scouting? 

The scouting program is:

• To develop the youth’s Character with the values of the Scout Oath and Law, 

• To train them with leadership skills and be responsible 

• To nurture their hearts to serve as the Citizenship of the community, 

• To build up their mental and physical fitness. 

Scouting would not have existed around the world without the millions of adults, who are volunteers, who support the Movement by performing a wide range of roles or functions. When referring to adults in Scouting, we have in mind those who: design, develop, facilitate, or deliver programmes.”  

Adult leaders NOT only serve but also gain from the BSA Journey. Adult leaders will  witness how the scouts change and grow during their golden age. Tremendous satisfaction is gained from being a Merit Badge Counselor. Strong Parent and Son bonding after accomplishing different scouting activities together. It is a long but fruitful and meaningful BSA Journey. 

Troop 412 adults team are ready:

To support our Scout leaders to run the Scouting program and to achieve the Mission and Aims of Scouting.

To build a Strong Troop 412 Hong Kong and the scouts are our future leaders in our society.

Troop 412 HK is a BSA community for both scouts and adults. Welcome to join Troop 412 HK family.
