Hey there—welcome to Troop 412! Adventure awaits, and you're now part of a troop that thrives on discovery, leadership, and epic outdoor fun. I’m Mr. Gary, your Scoutmaster, and I couldn’t be more excited to start this journey with you.

In Troop 412, Scouts lead the way. You’ll join a Patrol led by a Patrol Leader, and together you'll decide where the adventure takes us. Our Senior Patrol Leader works with all Patrol Leaders through something called the Patrol Leaders’ Council. That’s where trips, events, service projects, and epic challenges get planned. It’s not just about following a trail—it’s about learning to blaze your own.

Behind every Scout is an awesome crew of adult volunteers who help ensure things run safely and smoothly. They’ve got tons of life experience, fun stories, and useful skills—don’t hesitate to ask questions and learn from them. They're here to support your growth, every step of the way.

Scouting isn’t just about knots and tents (though we’re pretty passionate about both). It’s about hiking through rain with friends, cooking your first campfire meal, swimming that impossible mile, and discovering what kind of leader you were always meant to be. It’s growth. It’s grit.
